If you are providing a video digital formats are preferable. These are too numerous to list here but include formats like .avi, .mpeg-4, .mp4, .mov and so forth. Most digital camcorders export to a file format we can work with. Contact us if you have any questions.

You can send us digital videos directly to our dedicated server over the internet via file transfer protocol (ftp). This is really easy and we'll talk you through it. Alternatively you can post us a DVD (data or media) but this obviously takes a little longer both in terms of getting to us and converting it once we recieve it.

If you are using our Bespoke Music Service we will gladly bring equipment to transfer videos from any type of camcorder when doing the initial consultation or help you film one from scratch.

Obviously we will taylor your music to the video provided so be sure to record a good run.
