We spend hours researching the right music and we're not limited by a record collection - we buy in music to suit your brief, all included in the price. We keep you involved in the process with a shortlist of tracks handpicked for your routine.

Experienced Producer

All our producers have lengthy CV's in radio and TV production. Years of experience mean we can do more with your routine. From all-important fundamentals like beat-matching and seamless editing to flashy sound design and effects. We work with state of the art digital audio / video software so your music perfectly aligns with what you're doing.

The Process

Below are some details of how a typical project progresses. Even though our metods are tried and tested, we're flexible and can accomodate different ways of working should you require them.

1) Video

We start with a video of your routine from which we lift the tempo (speed) of your horse at each gait and section of your routine. Armed with the exact tempo of your horse we can selected music that is truly in sync with your routine - where the footfalls of your horse land on strong beats and the horse really appears to move to the music. We have the hardware and software to work with any modern video format. You can send us a copy over the internet (we'll help you) or post us a copy.

2) Shortlist

We spend hours looking for the right music - combining your input with the tempo requirements. We'll send you a shortlist of tracks to choose from. We don't limit ourselves to a record collection - we buy in music to fit your requirements.

3) Editing

We have years of experience writing and producing high-end music for TV and radio and bring those skills and experience to Dressage. We make sure the music is beat-matched so your horse really appears to move to the music. Our transitions and edit are seamless - no clumsy edits, gaps or lazy volume fades.

4) Preview

We'll send you a copy of your video synced to your music over the web before you give us the final OK.

5) Secure Payment

We don't take deposits or part payments. Once you've seen your video and approved what we've done we'll send you an email invoice via PayPal. We never see or handle your personal details and everything is dealt with by PayPal's secure payment system.

6) Delivery

Personalised CD anywhere in the world by priority mail. We can also provide you with a digital copy of your music.
